We started our magical journey into psychedelic Pisces in the past few weeks. Some may have become enchanted with this interesting energy that seems to be making life and relationship so easy right now, seeing one rainbow after another. Others may have become more confused along their path, as if they have walked into a fog and can no longer determine what direction that they are headed. This is a time where we want to take slow, careful steps, while trusting our intuition. An inner struggle between logic and our heart. We can ask ourselves, 'What do I want?'. Then asking again, if we will take this at face value'. Can we accept the realistic image, without hoping that things might change to be better? We walk along this blurry path now, with our concentration solely on our desire... but an odd scattered feeling may feel as we are being tugged into another direction, leading us off into the unknown. At times, we may need to stop in our path to see what is truly calling our attention. We may be wanting the easy way out and settling, while avoiding the hard work and self-respect that reality delivers. Our imagination is heightened, which can benefit us in creative ways to expand ourselves and our surroundings. If we choose to ignore being experimental and adventurous, the energy can leave us feeling lost with an unusual heaviness of sluggishness.
To add to the 'drunken' energy that some of us may be experiencing, Mercury (communications) exits intelligent Aquarius, and dives into delusional Pisces March 1. Our thought-processing and speech can become muddled as we are not completely clear as to what we are trying to express. Our vision becomes blurred, and we can see only see, what we want to see. It may be tough to comprehend and face facts now. What we see or hear, is not exactly what we get, but if we're floating on cloud nine, we don't really care (at least for now). Eventually this cloud will disappear, and we'll eventually have to wake up when reality confronts us about our disregarding attitude. We must do our best to be wise in making decisions, using a healthy balance of practicality. We may experience more intuitive insights at this time and flaunt with psychic thoughts and dreams. Enjoy this delicious activity... relax, take a break, and be swooned by fantasies. It is a Neptunian gift from the heavens, but we must find time to listen to our own gut when something doesn't quite feel right. As Mercury adjusts himself in Pisces, we slip on our 'beer googles', and we're not quiet capable of making the smartest decisions based on our own moral standards. We're accepting whatever comes our way that will make us feel good for the moment. In romance, this is a yummy time to enjoy sensual temptations if we are not thinking about dedication and commitment. The energy is at a creative high, and sexual needs increase with a need to express our deepest desires. We may feel that we are capable of forgiving others and healing the past, with little effort. Use this magical period to see the possibilities that can be. Artistic and musical endeavors can develop a genius piece of work if they can allow themselves to escape the real world. This is also a good time to work with business ideas and new advertising. Decorate your world, your home, or business with your personal vision. Word and thoughts do become slippery in Pisces, and as fast as it drops into our hands, is as fast that it slips through our fingers. Commitments, agreements, contracts and promises should be used with precaution and a strong dose of common sense.
We are sensitive with Sun, Uranus, and Mercury in vulnerable Pisces, and our immune system can become weak. Illnesses such as the common cold, flu, and fatigue may feel welcomed if we are not alert and taking care of ourselves. The more sensitive, the more emotional eating can develop, along with any other form of escapism such as food, nicotine, caffeine, alcohol, drugs, sex, etc. Pisces thrives for water to flow smoothly, so use water often now... washing our hands regularly, showering, drinking plenty of fluids, digesting soup, etc.
As Venus leaves charming Pisces and enters heroic Aries March 7, our desires shift from the fantasy of make-believe, and enter needs that result in more more passion and excitement. We want more now, than just relaxing in the heavenly waters, and we're willing to risk it all for adventure. In relationships, confusion may develop with such a strong dramatic shift... as "one moment everything was fine - and now it's not" attitude? Acting quickly, we can appear to be displeased with the current situation, as our jittery need for more action turns challenging. Venus rules both our money and relationships, and we may feel we need to make them work for us. This new 'high' can instigate uneasiness and quarrels in our relationships, and possibly over finances too, as ego becomes more involved. Communication of what we're experiencing is the key to get to the heart of the matters, especially as Mercury in Pisces can be confusing our vision for the next few weeks.
Mars the planet of action, began his retrograde in December 2009, and he finally stations and prepares to move direct on March 10. This is an 'all systems go' to what may have been on hold in our life that has been creating frustration. Whatever has been stifled, postponed, and in very low key, is ready to start opening doors. Relationships may have been stalled, giving both parties time and distance to figure out what energy they want to invest. Interviews, applications, and job searches were on hold for many, and now we can see doors opening again. We have Daylight Savings on March 14, so don't forget to 'spring ahead' and turn your clocks forward , and to also change the batteries in smoke alarms. Mercury exits sleepy Pisces, and enters action-hero Aries on St Patrick Day March 17, and our sight becomes clear and awakened with excitement. We envision adventure, movement, and taking control of what we want - rather than waiting like Pisces for a hand-out. We feel much better, more alive, and our spirit comes alive with new purpose. In business, our natural competitive nature breathes with enthusiasm. With Mercury in Aries, we have the eye of the tiger - and the passion to achieve goals. We strategize, planning our moves. Aggressive advertising and promotion sweeps the public. In relationships, strong sensual urges and lovemaking is a way to mark our territory, but stamina will still be needed - as Saturn retrogrades in Libra (relationships). We could feel as if life isn't moving as fast as we like. This is where we need to focus on our partnerships, and figure out what is really beneath the whole issue, that keeps repeating the same old problem over and over again. The problem keeps calling for our attention, but is being overlooked or ignored. Cracks in our relationships and foundations are being exposed more and more, and it is our duty to work on these weak spots, before a major gap crumbles. Use Aries energy to initiate a fresh start in fixing the problem. Aries is the hero, who wants to make things right. He fights for a cause. We are more willing to stand-up and fight for what we want, especially with Mars direct.
We start a new emotional cycle with a New Moon in mystical Pisces on March 15. It's time to think about what we want, and what we willing to nurture, in order to develop a stronger sense of compassion in our lives. In Pisces, our goals can revolve around personal wellness.. inviting waters to release our past, so that we may experience forgiveness and healing. A creative approach welcomes mystical realms and alternative self-help therapy. Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac, providing us with the power to let go and create our own source of closure. It's time to move the skeletons from our closets and wash away burdens, so that new streams of love may enter our world. Use the power of water, for releasing the past and negativity. Fresh starts, new beginnings, and forward movement is encouraged by the Spring Equinox and the Sun entering pioneer Aries March 20. We get a taste of his active and bold life - and being the first sign of the zodiac, this enables our inner child to think of our own needs first. We're concentrating on what we can get out of the deal, with a 'what's in it for me' attitude. We have more energy at this time, and we are the spice in our life. We take the initiative, we start projects, and we become consumed in work and relationships. We can become overwhelmed with all that we are doing, experiencing frustration and impatience - that can make us strike out when we least expect it. Enjoy the passion that breathes heavily. Use bulldozer energy and charm to pave new paths. It's time to get this party started, with a new attitude, new vitality, new friends, new work, and so on. Be the best that you can be.
Full Moon in Libra on March 29, brings insight and answers to balance our emotional needs regarding relationships, personal peace, and karmic debt. If we have done our New Moon homework, washing away the toxicity in our own lives - we should find ourselves experiencing (or communicating) a stronger desire for resolution and harmony in a healthier approach - with another or with ourselves.
We're determined to build substance with our relationships and finances as Venus enters steady Taurus, March 31. We've done the Neptunian 'kicked-back' approach, and we're more determined to create a more solid and stable connection, with patience to let it grow. If we do this right the first time, following moral standards - the less work involved for both parties. We're reliable, and dedicated now, which is ideal for committed partnerships, both romantic and professional. Genuine effort and hard work melts Saturn's heart, and we can see great progress if we follow his rules.
One a very personal note:
In regards with the past weather events, back in my January Astrological Happenings, I mentioned about the increase of precipitation with Jupiter in Pisces. We've seen a variety of one heavy snowfall after another, with the next turn of event of flooding. I believe we will see an abundance of precipitation continue throughout this year, which will seep into weakened areas (Saturn) and break away (Pluto) the broken and rotted structures (in Capricorn), so that transformation can take place, so that rebuilding can begin. I believe that we will continue to see water weakening (so that it may heal) the decay and damaged. Cracked foundations, rotting roof's, and ground crumbling away will be in need of repair. Earthquakes that we have recently seen is part of a the process to get contractors to follow better building codes. I don't believe that countries 'missed a bullet' and that we will see events to continue to rattle and shake loose ground away. Mars is still retrograde, and the energy continues to increase each day, while Uranus will dramatically create changes in the future. I'm not a professional scientist with a knowledge for these things, but instead, I follow intuitive patterns and astrological factors as my own guide. My goal is not to freak anyone out, but to make them aware, so that they may prepare. I usually try to follow my own advice and talk to my husband when I see certain obstacles ahead, and with what may come... so I would personally suggest that if you qualify and live in an area where flooding is possible, use precaution and get flood insurance. I also would check to see if your house lot is on or connected to an area where mining had occurred, there may be insurance for that as well, I'm not sure on that one. And seriously, I could be wrong, as i am not going on scientific facts. And I hope that I am wrong. But my belief right now, is "better safe, than sorry", which is the reason for me sharing my thoughts.
We moved to our new home about four years ago, and we're settled nice and snug on a large hill of rocks and trees. I've asked around to find out if we are in a mining area, and all the information seems to be similar, and we're not. In the last four years, I have felt a shift or tremor out of the blue, and would get a bit freaked - worried if our ground was shifting. As I have followed the occasional patterns, I had come up with a weird theory. But because I am not an expert in science and geology - I let it pass, not thinking much of it. But each time I was feeling this 'tremor' - I would hear about an earthquake in different parts of the world. What's the chance of that? Nothing major, so my experiences weren't really grabbing my attention. As I have become more aware and sensitive, I have felt the movement, and give it three to five days to present itself. One came along that was more 'stronger', and when the Haiti quake hit, I became quiet alert to the vibrations and what I was experiencing.
I am intuitive, but also very practical. Can these be coincidental, of course they can, which is why I made light of it previously. I ask my husband regularly if he 'felt' the same shifts that I did, and he would just shake his head, usually thinking that I am a quack (until I prove him wrong LOL). Anyway, I felt another strong surge, which I logged that night on twitter under the hashtag #tremor, to be more daring and public. I woke my husband up immediately that night and asked him if he felt it, and he had no idea what I was talking about. I told him to remember this moment, and put a post-it note on the fridge so we could track the next 3-5 days. Within this time, there was a 7.5 earthquake (earth) in Asia, then we had the one in Chile... sparking the threat of a tsunami (water). I couldn't believe my feeling with this again, and my husband was pretty shocked despite my rant. Coincidental? Maybe. And if so, I can be totally cool with that. I have absolutely no interest in making world predictions. I only hope to provide information to help others. But with what I have been experiencing, I don't believe we have dodged any bullets. I personally worry that with all the water drenching the earth, that a piece of land could be drowned or pulled away from existing land. Again, I have no facts to back any of this up. I just wanted to share my story, as I've been holding this in for awhile and I just needed to release it. For my own personal knowledge, I contacted a government website for earthquakes and geology, to see if I could email or call-in any future sense of 'tremors' - as a way to possibly forewarn - but scientists base data from facts, and while they were polite, they weren't interested. From the information that I received, I seem to have that 'natural' sense that animals have, when they can tell if earthquakes, storms, fear, etc are near. So for now, I guess I will just continue my own little journey of logging the vibes, and figure out the rest.
Have a great month,
Suzi
